  39. This version updates the ListSelect when cards are added 
  40. or deleted. Added cards are listed by name if they have 
  41. a name, and by position in the stack if they are unnamed.

  43. This stack does not move resources; you must do that 
  44. with ResCopy, Resedit, or something similar.
  45.  
  46. Most of the functions of individual cards seem to have 
  47. survived all the cutting and pasting. Please notify me 
  48. of errors and bugs.
